1. Extra 4 nos. Screw jacks on all corners of the base platforms, which share the load of all four out
rigger screw jacks, as such there is no chance of bending of our rigger arms while working on
Heights.
2. Buzzer & Caution Light on the chassis of the machine which flashes during up and Down
movement of the Platform, for extra safety when working on platform.
3. Towing Handle directly connected to the Front big size Wheels for easy movement, good
manoeuvrability, long life, maintenance free, instead of small castor wheels.
4. For easy handling of the complete machine Fork Pockets on the chassis platform are provided.
(GENERAL FEATURES OF AERIAL MAINTENANCE PLATFORM (DOUBLE MAST)
OUTRIGGERS: Folding type in corporate with chassis platform for easy opening and closing
and available with automatic locking system, while opening and closing. No tools required for
opening and closing.
PLATFORM RAILINGS: Detachable type.
CONTROL: Double control operating system. Panel fitted on base platform as well as pendent
station on the platform with interlocking contacts.
EMERGENCY OFF: Spring loaded emergency OFF switches available on chassis panel as well as
on platform pendent station.
EMERGENCY RELEASE: Emergency release valve is also available on the chassis in case of
electric failure, while coming down.
SPIRIT LEVEL: Spirit Level is provided on the chassis for proper levelling of platform with the
help of outriggers.
LIMIT SWITCH: Limit switch is provided for the maximum height cut off and in case of limit
switch failure, ultimate safety is ensured by bleeding of oil automatically.
All Wheels will be provided with scaled double ball bearings.
