How it works:

It is a  braking system that uses electromagnetic force to slow down or stop a moving machine, vehicle, or motor. Instead of relying on friction alone (like conventional brakes), it converts kinetic energy into electrical energy or simply uses magnetic attraction to apply the brake.

Electromagnet: When current flows through the coil, it creates a magnetic field.

Attraction to Armature/Disc: The magnetic field pulls a metal plate (armature) towards a rotating disc or drum.

Braking Action: This magnetic attraction applies resistance, which slows down the rotation.
